The hotel has an excellent location with convenient access to attractions and restaurants near the falls, and the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. However, my room view was disappointing, as I expected a better view of the falls and the noise from the parking lot was quite bothersome at night. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but the room placement could be improved.

I really appreciated the location of the hotel, right by the US bridge and close to everything which was especially great for the kids. While the view from my room overlooking the falls was stunning, it was unfortunate that the room felt quite stuffy and had a musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in for long.
